日本恒例のお盆休みに突入とのことでしょう、参加者は少なめでした。
しかし、深い話し合いの場となりました。
お題は 今現在の日本について
マイナンバーカード
日本は本当に先進国でしょうか？
政府発行の「マイナンバーカード」ではプライバシー、セキュリティーの問題あり。
高齢者の中には保険証としての使用を見送る人もいる。
カードの機能、発行書類の迅速性など、利便性にすぐれている。
潜在的に昔ながらの方法を維持したい保守派と新しい技術を追い求める派の人々が存在するのが日本の特徴。だが、皆しだいにカード社会に慣れていくに違いない。
日本の将来にはかなり懸念事項があり警鐘と捉えることが多い。
日本社会のデジタル化への対応が遅い。
サイバーセキュリティーなど安全面での課題も指定。
給与の低さもあり優秀な人材確保できないのでは。
しかし、安心感、衛生面、住みやすい環境、を先進国ととらえてもいいのではないか。

My Number Card
The government-issued "My Number Card" has raised concerns about privacy and security issues. Some elderly individuals are refraining from using it as an insurance card. The card’s functionality and the efficiency of document issuance make it highly convenient. Japan's distinct characteristic is the coexistence of those who prefer to maintain traditional methods and those who pursue new technologies. Nevertheless, it's likely that everyone will gradually become accustomed to a society centered around this card.
Is Japan an Advanced Country?
Many concerns about Japan's future are seen as cautionary signals. Japan's response to digitalization has been slow. Challenges related to cybersecurity and safety have also been identified. The issue of low wages also raises questions about the ability to secure talented individuals. Nonetheless, Japan could potentially be considered an advanced country, given the sense of security, hygiene, and livable environment it offers.
