Hi, everyone!! Today’s topic is "Marriage and Weddings." We shared personal stories, discussed present trends, and emphasized the importance of relationships with partners. Additionally, we delved into Okinawa weddings and explored how wedding traditions are evolving. In the past, the term 'Christmas cake for weddings' was prevalent; however, nowadays, it doesn't seem relevant anymore. Young people might not grasp its meaning! Recent wedding trends lean towards inviting only close relatives and friends, with workplace bosses no longer being on the guest list. In the past, bosses used to deliver speeches for the bride and groom. I recently came across the term 'home wedding' for the first time.
