My recommendation

Yesterday, I participated in a Club Officer Training in Toastmasters Japan. Personally, I like the time we spend in breakout rooms exchanging ideas with officers from other clubs.

I learn a lot and also share many things with them. Our club mentor, A joined in. That was nice.

Officers' work is often solitary, actually, but talking with officers from other clubs in this way broadens my perspective and helps me find new ideas. If you are a Toastmaster, sooner or later, we all take up one of the roles in your club. An open and honest talk with other club members will help you in the near future. It's highly recommended. :) BTW, I chose the training in English. It was/is good for your English learning.
