柏トーストマスターズ 2023年の始まりです。8名の参加がありました。
会長のMさんよりHappy New Yearのご挨拶につづき例会開始です。今回フィリピン出身のとても優秀なLさんがゲストとして参加してくださいました。また、会長Mさんより2/11（18：00-20：00）に開催される喜餅さんの英語落語のお知らせがありました。
総合司会のSさんは水耕栽培のヒヤシンスを見せてくださり、根が長くのびる様子を観察され、柏TMも根が伸び発展していく会になることを願っているとのコメントありました。ヒヤシンスの白い花はさらに美しく咲き誇りそうでした。
今回の例会ではｋさんがタイマー、アウカウンター、グラマリアンの3役を引き受けてくださいました。また、“Dream”を本日の言葉に選ばれました。
スピーチは、我が会長Ｍさんによる“Leadership?” とのタイトルでのお話です。
ご自身のお宅のリノベーションをきっかけにご主人との家庭内での役割分担にリーダーシップを考えさせられた内容に納得いたしました。
テーブルトピックではＭさんからお題が出されました。このお題、将来の夢、ロールモデルは？、好きな食べ物は、など関連するテーマ無しの突撃クイズ方式で、皆あたふた考えてしまいU-ah がちょっと頻繁に聞こえるので割と難しかったと思われます。
Mさん、USのTMでおこなったTableTopic sessionを参考にされたとのことでした。Table Topic Speaker Award は2名、Nさんと私Nです。ありがとうございました。
Nさんによるスピーチ論評は、話すスピードなど理解しやすく楽しく聞ける内容でした。 リーダーとしての役割や説得力が理解できました。とのコメントがありました。
3役をこなしたKさん、あえてU-ah, グラマーは気になること多少ありましたと優しく指摘することにとどめてくださいました。
総合論評のAさんは、さすがでした。この例会に携わったすべての方々にねぎらいを述べられ、また、テーブルトピックセッションにおいて2分程での話を 構成することへの指南をしてくださりました。 今後 心して取り組みたい指摘事項でした。また、今回のように例会参加者が少ない日は、Ah-Counter, とGramariannの担当はいなくてもいいのではとの指摘もありました。
次回は日本語セッションです。２月4日皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。
Kashsiwa TM regular meeting Jan ２８、２０２３（Sat）19：30-21：00
Kashiwa Toastmasters 2023 is the beginning. 8 people participated.
Following the Happy New Year greeting from the president M-san, the regular meeting has begun. This time, Ms.L, who is excellent from the Philippines, participated as a guest. In addition, president M-san informed us that Kimochi's English rakugo will be held on February 11 (18:00-20:00).
TM S-san, the general moderator, showed us the hyacinth of hydroponics, observed how the roots grow, and commented that he hopes that KashiwaTM will also progress like the root of the hyacinth. The white flowers of the hyacinth seemed to bloom more beautifully later.
At this meeting, K-san took on the three roles of Timer, U-ah counter, and Grammarian. He also said that word of the day is "Dream".
In the speech, the president M-san, gave a talk titled "Leadership?"
I was convinced by the content that the renovation at her own house made she think about leadership in the division of roles in the home with her husband.
In the table topic, M-san gave a theme. There is no connection among the questions, such as, what is your dreams for the future, who is your role models and what is your favorite food. It was like an assault quiz. It seemed to me a little difficult quiz because U-ah could be heard a little often.
M-san, he referred to the Table Topic’s theme held at TM in the US. The Table Topic Speaker Award goes to 2 people N-san and me N. Thank you very much.
N-san gave us an evaluation for the speech. She said that she enjoyed the speech. It was easy to understand. Speaking speed, Role as a leader, persuasiveness were things she learned.
K-san, who played three roles, modestly pointed out that he heard a little fillers and grammar mistake.
A-san, the general evaluator, is as expected, gave us excellent evaluations. She gave her encouragement to everyone involved in this meeting, and also pointed out instructions on structuring a two-min talk in a table topic session. She also pointed out that we don't need to assign roles of Ah-Counter and Grammarian when we have few participants. We always learn a lot form A-san. Thank you so much.
Next meeting will be Japanese session held on 4Feb. We look forward to your participation.
